Have you ever been in a fight, that being normal with your friends is difficult? Have you ever been in a fight, that you begin avoiding your friend's eye contact?

No one expected this year to turn out so.... so.... I can't find the word.... yeah, maybe, bizzare would be right. No one would have believed that such things would occur, before stepping into this year.

Right from our entry into this college, there have been no lack for disasters. Beginning with the death of Abdul Kalam sir(right when we opted for MIT), then, Chennai floods(at the end of first year), followed by Vardha cyclone(at the end of second year). We weren't responsible for any of this but everything seemed out of place.

So much in the past years and then into the final year. Everyone dreamt of great coordination and togetherness throughout the year. But, the whole year just turned out to be... well.. another disaster. A natural one or a man-made one?!

One group wanted to do things for their year. The other group wanted things to favour their team. One group wanted to keep things under control. One group wanted things under their control. Miscommunication and misunderstanding poured fuel to the already burning fire. The two groups collided without making much noise. As time and semester passed by, collisions became explosions.

Instead of supporting each other, they suppressed the other. Instead of carving memories, they were carving vengeance. At the end of the year, all they gathered was venom, envy and hatred.

No matter if it is a cold war or a civil war, the after effects are always heavy. Both sides suffered great losses in terms of friendship. Friends turned strangers. Besties became rougues. Three years of being mama macha vanished in a single minute.

OH YEAH! IT HURTS!

But, whatever has happened cannot be changed. Thank god, for our poor memory. We don't have to learn to forget things. Time heals.

Just remember this, all is well that ends well. If it doesn't end well, then that's not the end! So,cheers. Keep smiling. A big thanks to every single person who(with or without knowledge) made my life in MIT wonderful. And sorry, if I(with or without knowledge) made someone's life miserable.
