C for Cricket

When I was a child, I thought that, Cricket was the national game of India. Unlike other countries, we celebrate Cricket. Even the not so big fans of cricket, get glued to the TV for an India Pakistan match.

The excitement the game brings is incredulous. Inspite of recent issues of ball tampering and spot fixing, the craze for the game doesn't part away. Each time you experience a nail biting finish to a game, you are said to filled with loads of energy, enough to keep you running for two days.

Fact : IPL contributes to about 3% of total Indian GDP.

Out of the most paid profession in India, Cricket leads the list. The irony is that we, the people, are leaving our work behind to taste the game of cricket. While the cricketers, do their job and return home with rapt ransom.

Just get the thoughts of making it to the cricket team to the back of your mind and start working. Come on, man. Wake up from your dream. Start earning. If you feel you could crack it. Then, well, go ahead and go hard. Pad up and start practicing.

Fun fact : Most Sachin fans don't like MS Dhoni or Virat Kholi. We just don't know why.
